Mr Handsome 2. Can you believe cats like him live in the streets.. He is still a little timid but in the right household it will not be a problem. Big, chubby, fluffy, handsome and of course now Desexed and chipped

Please contact the shelter via text or email to organise a meet and greet (as we don’t have open times as such).

We would love for our kitties to go to safe indoor only homes or homes with safe/enclosed backyards.

This young boy has been living in the streets but we think he has been a pet at some stage as he loves pats, talks a lot and didn’t look TOO beaten up yet.

He is still a bit timid with strangers but with time, patience, love and good food he will be a loving pet soon.

He is not very impressed with a shelter situation, he rather wants to be the king of the castle.
He has beautiful soft fur of an unusual sandy colour. Very handsome boy!

We had him Desexed, chipped and fully vaccinated.

Muffin was adopted through LLP 4 years ago.

Imagine our disappointment to hear from the RSPCA telling us that Muffin had been abandoned by her adopted family.

She is very sweet friendly and affectionate. Absolutely adores human contact. This little sweet heart deserves all the love in the world and has so much love to give in return.

Another very handsome young boy who gave up being untouchable!

Pretty much from one day to the next and I got this: Roly poly and flopping right at my feet for belly rubs. Too cute! As if he has been my pet for ever he talks to me asking for attention every time he sees me.

Trapped at a housing trust complex in Croydon park among with several others about 2 years ago. Only still alive thanks to the microchip as the people who contacted us wanted them back after vet work done but 2 months later I got a call from the AWL – some cat hater re-trapped at the housing complex and took him to the AWL.

In a trap especially he behaved wild, hence signed his death sentence. Thank god we get all our cats chipped… now he needs a loving, cat understanding, patient and most importantly SAFE home.

Hugo and Milky need a new foster home.
Winter is over now and that’s what we needed for them to start with: a warm foster home over winter as Hugo just couldn’t get rid of his sniffles.
And as Milky loves him so much and follows him everywhere we were over the moon when lovely

Marta offered to look after them over winter. And boy she did! As it turned out Hugo was diagnosed wrongly which sadly resulted now in him being palliative care if it wasn’t for Marta’s extra caring nature and spoiling them, giving them wheat grass, pro-biotics and colloidal silver in their food, who knows if Hugo would be still in the reasonable way he is right now.

He still loves his food very much and cuddles from humans and Milky. Just his breathing is some days worse than others. He also dribbles a bit from the mouth.
These pics are all recent pics in foster care so you can see he still has some life in him.
Most likely a few months before suffering will start.
Cat
There is no way this beautiful couple can’t come back to the shelter but current foster carer unfortunately can’t have them anymore as she really planed it only for winter.
Who has a beautiful home for them where Hugo can live out his life in a spoiled way?

Poor Walter is still patiently waiting for his turn… he is a very special middle aged man we trapped on busy Port road where he lived in a drain 6,7 years ago.

He is needy and sweet like a baby but sometimes can still get spooked somehow and one wrong glance or touch will make him give you a quick nibble and he will run off.

He is hoping for a special cat loving/understanding person.
Not suitable for household with kids.
As you can see in the pics he is a special character and super sweet.

Unfortunately I can’t give him all the love he needs.
He became this affectionate increasingly over the last 2 years.

Indira

Named for her bravery and adventurous nature! Indira is a special little kitty.

She adores being scratched around her neck and up her spine and is the one out of three sisters who comes excitedly toward her human for a scratch and cuddle. And once she gets it she purrs louder than a motor.

Her trust of people has grown in leaps and bounds since being taken from the wild with her two sisters Nina and Cleo.

Still shy around new faces, but once you win her over she will be a cuddly and playful little companion. Indira is usually the first to explore new things and it would be wise to invest in a cat post to satisfy her frisky free spirit.

Indira needs a quiet home preferably a single person or a couple who are willing to take over with her socialisation to humans.

Young children may be too much for her but she may fit in well with a family with teenagers who will be gentle, loving and patient.
